32 oz Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 cup, diced Celery
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
8 oz Plain Nonfat
2 oz Lemonoui Dressing
Directions
Yukon gold potatoes (about 6 large), cut into 1-inch cubes
COOK potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or until tender; drain.
PLACE warm potatoes in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
ADD, celery, onions; mix lightly. Stir in yogurt. Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.
